AN INVITATION

The Slow Down Immersion is a weekend held within the space of Sadar.

It is an invitation to slow down, step out of momentum, and rest with what is — without pressure, performance, or self-optimization.
This retreat does not aim to fix or transform you. It offers a quiet, held environment where presence, honesty, and clarity can emerge naturally.

What This Space Holds

Throughout the weekend, we move gently between guidance and spaciousness.

You can expect:

  • Guided meditation and presence-based practices

  • Slow, gentle movement and embodied rest

  • Silent walks in nature

  • Breath work with a focus on nervous system regulation

  • Hot & cold exposure (sauna and ice bath)

  • Time for reflection, rest, and integration

  • Shared meals and simple togetherness

Everything offered is an invitation.
Nothing is compulsory.

Facilitation

Julia and Bea facilitate this retreat within the space of Sadar, holding a clear and spacious container for rest and presence.

Julia

Julia holds presence-based spaces rooted in mindfulness, slow movement, and embodied awareness. Her work is grounded, relational, and intentionally non-performative. She does not see presence as a way to remove pain, but as a way to meet life with more honesty and care.

Bea

Bea works with breath, embodiment, and nervous system regulation. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and supportive of safety and integration.

A space to slow down and return to presence.

Not to fix or improve, but to be with what is — with you.
Calm. Real. Alive.
